I have a site who was already getting good traffic from google, but in the last months
there has been a new source of traffic toutiao.com, it has slowly growing, but today
it is simple EXPLODING (image related)
I am trying to make research about this site and this is all I have found:

It seems to be a chinese site, BUT the clicks I am getting are high value, almost like
USA , these are not bots, they interact with the site, pass time on it etc... I have not
found more information about it, here is their wiki

It seems to be an aggregator/news curation site and it seems I am getting traffic
from their app, does anybody know more about them? where can I see more?
is there a way to optimize the content for it?
