If the Israeli's think they have something new.. take it to the IAE but no, they make a new conference with pictures for Dotard to follow. IAE has the right to inspect what they want as part of the original deal.
Keep in mind as part of the deal.. they could continue make weapons grade Uranium anyways just under supervision and selling it on to others.
