I would gladly pay a percentage of money earned for referrals but it would be difficult to automate since everyone is different, and money earned will be based off what they earn in most cases.
We could set something up for you thou like a promo code or a way to track your referrals such as a specific landing page that cc you in any communications brought in from that page.
