I have a rly simple rule that makes turns my off time to real off time
I don't do anything business wise on the phone (I don't check stats, I don't read mails, I don't do forums or whatever via phone)
When I'm out of my home office - biz is out of the head, as simple as that. Same goes for trips and such, only emergency stuff.
