If it was that good someone would definitely sell it. I mean even if 1 in 1000 choose to prefer that one over extra virgin there would be a market.
And it should be a market as you sound as if it is kind of common knowledge among those that are really into olive oil (not average olive oild consumer).
Not like you are the only one that thinks that way.
I mean there are products with MUUUUCH smaller target audience than that in the world.
