so are the specs

Lenovo X1 Carbon Intel Core i5 4th Gen 4300U 1.90 GHz 8 GB Memory 256 GB SSD 1

I've used i7 since 2014 and wouldn't go lower.. 1.90 GHz seems slow when the one I looked at is 3.8 GHz. I mean are we looking for the cheapest laptop or the best one for a webmaster?
