One of the cam programs I use is promoting it as a payment method but I'm not in a great hurry to sign up.
Pretty much all "money movers", especially those servicing high risk, are going to have regular issues. Even ones with a reasonable track record and reputation could quickly go downhill if they lose a major partnership or the law changes. I'm half expecting we'll all go back to wires and mailed cheques at some point.
