We apologize for the delay and are sorry for the inconvenience, but the secondary balance function is still undergoing maintenance as advised directly on the CardPortal.

Please note: the feature will be available again shortly and you will see the notification in the portal removed once it can be used.

Unfortunately, since this maintenance has to be done in conjunction with the MasterCard processor, there have been several pending procedures on their end to finalize and enable the function. This also means that the timeline is not strictly defined by us, which is why a specific window of hours for completion has not been provided.

We are aware that many cardholders are in a similar situation and we are doing everything we can to grant you access to these funds as soon as possible. For the moment, we advise you to check your portal regularly over the next few days.

For me, problems with Mastercard always seem to be major problems. It is never good.
