They are brand new but they are baked by INTERCASH and they are on the market for a very long time. No joke this is a real problem for many people in the industry... Not everyone can get a payment by wire etc. But someone that start a business and already have a shitload of issues its something I 've never seen until now. They might be even worst than epass :D
