dgraves can you give some input as to if the information stays in the video file even if it's re-encoded on the tube ??

In my "books" anything on any tube ( unless it is linked back to the original content producer) longer then 10 or maybe 12 minutes is stolen. So "re encode" or not, this is at least my rule
