FBI's claim now (it has changed several times) is that this all began with Papadopolous around Aug 2016. That is obviously not true after Halper being revealed as the spy and his contract began back in Oct 2015... Halper didn't wait until August to start work on his contract.. He started immediately with paid FBI informant Carter Page and likely others such as Papadopolous? What about old Manafort? Wasn't he in cohoots with Clinton's campaign manager?
