the Apple ones work fine but just for streaming sound, none of their other features work. I find with anything Bluetooth as long as you stick to known brands there's few connection problems, plug and play basically. If you go the cheap less known brands most will still work out of the box, but there's others it can be a total pain

I’ll tell him not to buy unknown brands. Also not to worry about android or other OS.

I’m not well-versed in Bluetooth so this is a learning experience. I know wireless means the connection is through Bluetooth. I’m wondering where the other Bluetooth connection is, I.E. is it to a satellite, Bluetooth tower, Bluetooth signal or ?? Do I need to ensure that there is an available Bluetooth connection to connect to? I don’t want him to get my hopes up only to go back to wired earbuds.
