The problem is like my sales tax in FL, I have to file every quarter. That means now you'd have to do that 50 times every quarter for all 50 states. Even if you don't sell anything in that state you will still have to report no sales..
You know damn well if states start collecting it will be counties and cities next..

Every state has to figure out how to go about doing it but this essentially applies as of ruling.... If you make a sale in a state that has a sales tax period from ruling on and you don't collect you're playing a dicey game... There is no difference in online and b&m as far as they will be concerned..... That's what the ruling is all about...
Now consider this.. Remember how the IRS was weaponized to target tea party? Multiply that times 10, 25, 50 or 1000... This is going to be a fucking disaster.
