The ruling says states have the right to collect, but states will have to still make laws requiring virtual stores to comply.
The IRS was not weaponized against tea party groups. That was "fake news". The IRS also went after progressive groups as well..
They targeted groups who were political by name not specific to tea party. They targeted these groups due to high rate of illegal activity not because they were tea party or progressive...
