Harley Davidson is in the process of closing it's Kansas City, Mo., plant, and moving some of that production into its York, Pennsylvania plant. They announced this some time ago. In addition to the plant closing, just today, Harley Davidson announced they are moving jobs to Europe BECAUSE of the tariffs. This isn't someone guessing, this is Harley Davidson telling the world they are making this new move ONLY because of the tariffs.
