But who else has stood up to push them off the island? US, Japan maybe SK (I don't know) have puffed our chest out and do these fly bys and so forth, but who else has stood up to put pressure other than harsh words on China?
It's just like Russia with Crimea.. No one really aided Ukraine other than harsh words and a bit of military sales long after the fact. As long as dictators like Putin and country like China feel no real threat of anything significant happening they will do these thing.
Granted Trump is 100% to blame for not acting on US sanctions with Russia. In that issue the world did act accordingly by placing sanctions which were harming Russia's economy.. Trump undermined that and he is 100% to blame for those actions..
