This is a perfect example of what Trump is doing to hurt American businesses. First Harley Davidson has to build a plant in Asia because Trump killed the TTP, and now because of tariffs it has to build plants in Europe. This exactly what happens when you walk away from trade agreements and start trade wars with our allies.

Trump took jobs from Americans and transferred them to Thailand & Europe via his tarrifs & leaving TTP.
Last year Trump did quite a few media events with Harley Davidson showcasing them as a prime example of an American company that's going to flurish under his policies.
Now that Trump's policies are failing companies that are not multibillion-dollar multinational conglomerates he's distancing himself from Harley and others and labeling them traitors.
