Bizarre. All the photos came up on the preview and when first published.
I tried using "insert image" again - did not work.
Inserting the direct links generates this message:
"You are only allowed to post URLs to other sites after you have made 30 posts or more."
Sorry guys, it appears GFY won't let me post pics.
I am happy to email the images if anyone requests them by email.
