I dont think at this point that you're being serious. Nothing in polling anywhere indicates anything remotely close to the notion that Democrats are going to do well. Polling indicates that increasing numbers of Blacks, Hispanics and Millennials are leaving. And in large numbers. Donations to Democrats are record lows and even right now, a vocal minority would have you believe is a catastrophic political problem for Trump such as building a stronger border, 3/4+ of the voting population is 100% for it. Even in California residents are turning against sanctuary cities in record numbers - and that IS the Hispanic vote. Legal Hispanics are now turning against illegal Hispanics as they should.
anyway, to be perfectly honest, I don't care what happens in the mid terms, the system by design, tends to balance itself out... but what is troubling is the increasing gulf between each side and a media that doesn't report news anymore but instead writes stories like they're the 15 yr old hot, mean chick in high school who thinks she can be a twat, say anything, do anything and attack anyone and never be accountable. We literally had anchors on major news networks crying about children at the border. That's not news. Thats inauthentic and blatant manipulation. CNN and MSNBC almost have lower COMBINED ratings than Fox News right now. Whether or not you're on the left or right, everyone should be troubled by this fact. Why are so many on the left going to a right biased news station than left biased news stations? I would say to you that they are tired of doom and gloom, they are tired of being told "if you're a straight white male, you ARE the problem (in everything)". This last election was won by who? The white middle class. Rather than learning from that, the Left ratchets up the rhetoric and digs in on losing positions and doubles down on calling everyone "nazi". Thats not a winning plan... thats why they've been losing.
