If you think about it, all technology has leveled the playing field.
Take photography for example. Twenty years ago you needed to invest money into a high end camera. Now every fourteen year old kid has a better camera on their phone - and some of them can take great pictures.
It's the same thing with music. Remember when chicks would date you just based on how large your record / tape collection was? LOL. I remember lugging around huge cases with 200 CDs in my car. Now... Everyone has access to every song ever produced.
Technology keeps changing.
I just bought a printer, wireless, and set it up today. Installed it on the network and ..... every computer in the house can use it - no software needed. Amazing.
