Yes, because you had to upload the custom presets there. The plugin does come with the built-in presets. They work just out of the box when you install it (the plugin). If you want to install the additional presets, you can do it manually. Like it's described here:
Presets – CyberSEO - just download them, unzip and upload to your site.
