I certainly hope that is not what you think.
August is traditionally a bad month for sales because many people are taking their vacations and then doing their back to school shopping both of which deplete their finances significantly and put their attention on friends and family.
It is traditional mainstream marketing wisdom that you do not introduce new products in August because it is too hard to get the consumer's attention.
