I lived in the PNW for over a decade as they prescribe antis like they're not going to make them anymore. The number 1 cause of depression is a bad diet. Cut back on processed foods especially drinks. Do this for the next 72 hours and see if you feel any better. Or go hardcore and fast for 72 hours. Trust me, when you're rounding the 60-hour mark, you won't ever be depressed. In short, a very few percentages of people actually need antidepressants.
