Sorry , my fault. I was thinking he was hot spent any money before 9.14th.
I found that CB are not showing all time stats in CSV Transaction Log because they added /?limit=100 at the end of url.
You should remove this /?limit=100 to get your all time stats log.
So this spender was active before and spend some money, and now i have chargeback.
