For popunder traffic 90% of ad networks shape their stats and promote high CPM rates but cut total impressions so you earn too way less than it looks...
With TrafficStars i am getting exact volume of impression as my stats is showing and getting paid for each. I have tried more than 20 ad networks since 2013 and TrafficStars are the best.
I can also commend HillTopAds. They are the only two companies that won't shape the stats. If you are looking for revshare deals you will get the highest earnings with them.
If you want to monetize a website with banners Exoclick would probably be the best choice.
The best way to monetize your site is to make a flat deal with direct buyer based on monthly basis.
