If our main page receives 2400 webmasters per year and I have 600 registered webmasters that would be 3000 adult webmasters per year. I'm not sure how many will click on your link or your banner. I only know it takes just a few minutes to sign up to our service. Then where will they go next?

Advertising is usually sold by either impressions or clicks. You don't know how many clicks you'd be able to serve, but you should know how many impressions an ad would get on a certain page. That's the pageview history of whatever page you're selling space on. If you had that number, this thread would probably do better. Right now, all I can go by is the Alexa stats, which aren't pretty. The links in look spammy and low rank.
