If you guys think that it is OK for a platform to be blamed for one user's action then you are stupid and that's a huge double standard. All the shooter posted is that "he was going in" and the platform should be destroyed for that? What about that guy who drove around and murdered people and live streamed it on Facebook? I didn't hear anyone saying that Facebook should be shutdown... What about the multiple groups on Twitter that are literally saying that Trump should be killed on and promoting the beating of his followers? Should Twitter be shutdown too?
But when 1 guy on an alt right platform simply says "I'm going in", that platform should be deleted. I'm sick to my stomach at the attack that gab is getting.
Everybody labeling gab as a hate speech platform when they have never been there, I was there everyday and there was alot of intellectuals there, I've never seen a single threat or call for violence there...something that I see in Twitter everyday. Huge double standards, smh
