I see it quickly in my circles when anyone lumps groups of folks together that they do not even know more than a few of to make a judgement of the group.
They do not use terms like...

it always all of these people.
I judge each for their own on how I see them act and treat others.
The haters are normally more aggressive and most remain silent of them in their acts.
And they grow. A good source to tap into for power and influence. Very effective.
Stopping the fertilization will not completely stop it, but keep it from growing to rapidly.
