What your little chart completely ignores is military spending eats up 54% of the total budget.

Furthermore, migrant workers who are not getting paid under the table get taxes and Social Security taken out of their pay even though most will never get any of those benefits back. If they're getting paid under the table then the corporations are to blame. They are also putting money back into the local economy and paying taxes on those goods bought.
