Makes you wonder what happened to the people. I can only assume they must have been evac'd by police or firemen or something for so many of them to leave their dogs like that. I couldn't imagine anyone would attempt to make a run for it and just leave the dogs in the cars like that.

yeah I saw parked cars everywhere... no dogs but then I couldn't get back for 5 days. if the copter missed us I would have went down the south side of the hill WITH my dog on foot.
I made a spiritual commitment to care for that animal when I took possession of him. some people are just of low quality. in fact you can see that very openly on GFY
