see i think this is where you are confused.. can you explain what the word is for cooperating with foreign government to influence an election? like word that starts with C and has been repeated for months? There doesn't need for information to be given for a crime to be committed here.. as with the emails, intent really matters. and they not only admitted they intended to collude (there is that C word) with the russians, they lied about it till they couldn't anymore, and now we are discovering they were cutting deals in moscow during that election
someone mentioned that one can't do business deals while getting elected. They in fact can. they just have to be honest about it.
