All of them if Trump fails to sign a budget. That's right if Trump fails to sign a budget it means the govt will not be able to process tax returns..

I guess Trump better get his ass in gear and make Mexico pay because the trailer park Trumpers will be pissed when they find out no tax returns if he doesn't sign a budget..

Why is Trump so bad at making deals he couldn't get Mexico to pay for his wall. He couldn't get Republicans to pay for and and he cant get Democrats to pay for it..
