the extreme number of hours in the paysite business is getting traffic. it takes about 2 years for a new paysite to gain enough Google rank to make decent money organically. that means for 2 years you have to find other traffic - tubes, blogs, trading, brokers.
however, if you have good fetish content, you can make good money right out of the gate. we have a bug crushing site on the network that made a grand on opening weekend. its always near the top of the daily sales chart too. one of our top sellers every day is xtremeclit.com. that's pretty extreme but they're rich.
tbh, facials is done and done. if that's your content, i would recommend against opening a site. it takes hundreds of thousands of dollars to launch a standard vanilla hardcore site in today's market. i'd say find a good fetish, something people would share and tell their friends "check this fucked up shit out." that's what you need for a new paysite these days.
