the most important part is to cut off all communication with the invader...you forbid the invader from mentioning you or millions will die...no warnings, instant action in case of anything at all...you do not give the invader the chance to even speak...you explain to the invader that you will launch even if they ask to talk...there is nothing to talk about...the invader will leave you alone for ever or you will wipe out like 5 countries around you without any warning...those are the only 2 possible scenarios...
take no part in the invaders rigged game...bacteria/nukes/mini black holes...anything but conventional warfare...
