I believe it was said that broadcasters are allowed to post their links on their profile page.
The rational behind it was that the first cookie wins so if an affiliate sends traffic to a page, his cookie won't be overridden.
This is wrong for 2 reasons:
1- if the unregistered user is on your whitelabel (non-chaturbate domain) and clicks on the broadcaster's aff link (chaturbate domain), the first cookie planted on the chaturbate domain is the broadcaster's. It seems to me in this case the original referrer gets a raw visit hit, but no chance to convert.
2- as seen above, some broadcasters who appear on the top row on a regular basis are actively re-assigning existing members essentially moving them from you to them.
I'm happy to be proven wrong
