No, it's not.
I used Paxum before I found out about FCP's seamless payment channels. I've had no end of problems with Paxum, and I don't expect things have improved much in the past year.
Paxum: I had to chase up payments repeatedly (my first EFT withdraw took over 3 weeks), they kept rejecting payments and made me change my email address because it apparently had an offensive word, then eventually EFT was abruptly discontinued for Australia and a $50 wire was the only option.
FCP/Payoneer: I've had to contact support once. The large majority of the time, it just worked. And I don't get slugged with a $50 fee.
