Sometimes visitors signup with a nickname that they do not like anymore after some time, and they want to make a new account with a new name, one that represent them better, one that is more appropriate to who they are or who they imagine they are. Others simply believe it is cool to surprise the girls with a different name each time they come online. This is especially true for sites focused on private shows, not free chat shows. It is a logical and fair solution. If it is not implemented, it is because chaturbate doesn't want to stop the stealing.
