I know what you mean. In my case i use the API to display live info (nothing that the broadcaster doesn't agree to share) and I don't store metadata even for short time caching.
Other sponsors I use have a technical solution to this: you pass on the current user's IP so the feed returns relevant models. And there is also a mention in the TOS that ip must be passed. Chaturbate could EASILY implement this.
You cannot opt out of the API and remain in whitelabels. The same settings control both.
Anyway, another constraint for webmasters as I see it, we can talk about all problems but then as Punk Barbie rightly said: "there is a lot of moving parts in this thread".
So let's focus on one problem: the leaks.

Also these profiles do not get deleted when the chaturbate model account gets deleted. And there is the issue of geo blocks from models, not sure if existing geo blocks get passed on to affiliates through the API.
But whitelabels, basically just copies of chaturbate, are anothr thing entirely and opting out of these makes no sense in my opinion. I'm all for giving people choices but the choice to opt out of whitelabels breaks the principle and purpose of whitelabels. Model geo blocks should apply to whitelabels too (if they don't, I don't know this).
