I can never grasp his logic of him saying "since whites (who commit literally single digit percentages of crimes) have become a minority, the city is safer."
That's like saying "since the city has banned skateboards, DWI's have gone down."
Now if he said more police, more patrols, not prosecuting certain crimes (which they started doing because blacks couldn't stop breaking the law and they essentially threw their hands in the air and said fuck it we won't prosecute these crimes lol) I would agree.
