For premium chat (spenders), I'd say Streamate/Cambuilder is your best choice. Other sites like Chaturbate are better at monetizing freeloaders / cheapskates. But as Paul&John says above, the best way for you to SEO traffic to a Streamate/Cambuilder (or other sponsors) white label is by using their API.
