Explain this - Blacks in Canada have pretty much the same crime and poverty rates in America with a completely different history than that of American blacks. Same in the UK.
One thing all blacks (Canadian, UK, American) have in common is they have similar homicide rates as Africans. Coincidence? Of course not. Asians, no matter where they are, all pretty much have a similar homicide rate. Same thing with whites.
