Support Staff dosent seems to know what they are talking about time to time LOL. Sorry for your headache. Not long ago Sent a new id for renewal and before wire can be sent paxum support gave me the run around about send address confirmation, Resend id etc. ( i just did few weeks ago. )
I have spoke to ruth and follow her instruction and it did worked after all request from support completed to confirm address.

Thats correct they give me same info but i did spoke to Ruth following this and she have make me do this >>>> go in your paxum account in your profile find your
bank info, edit, change currency CAN to USD and saved.
In your paxum account.
don't forget to confirm with your bank that they can accept USD wire.
