Magneto, what you are asking for is of course impossible and you know it.
I do have eyes however. Assuming she is a "tease" or "relationship" model, I would expect a shitload of chat like in the rooms of Amyvalentine or Mila, users greeting each other. However no such thing. Two or three guys (with "doux" account names) chat (and tip), other guys ask questions like "do you do anything?", "Don't understand why there are so many guys watching" and then of course the "doux" accounts jump at these guys. And yet the room climbed to the top spot within just some minutes. Is this "proof"? It's not. Does such a room make sense? It totally does not.
So it's a model who previously asked users to clear cookies and make new accounts under her affiliate link, that has traffic that is at least "unusual".
