ALabamastan is perfect example of what happens with brain drain. Essentially the state is ass backwards provides no future for anyone who doesn't want to be a jiffy mart or McDonalds cashier so everyone with half a brain moves away leaving only idiots to run the state. What we see happening today is the result, the logical conclusion of years of Republican leader ship.
