If only Paxum responded to service questions this quickly.
Chris, fact remains, communications to your customers has been abysmal...aka non-existent. A client should never have to find out that a service has been removed by having it fail. I have yet to receive a single notice from Paxum regarding any of the significant changes.
And I think everyone should be concerned about the loss of EFT's. Paxum was a cash cow to whichever service you were using. But then they cut you free, indicating that you had now become a liability.
