A lot of the facts of this case haven't been released yet so I'm withholding judgment on this one for now other than to say if you feel an unarmed 5 month pregnant woman is a threat to your life and you "stand your ground" you're a fucking idiot and shouldn't have a gun.
Mothers who take drugs while pregnant, etc. are routinely charged with abuse, murder, etc.
