If you argue with someone, you don’t normally expect to be shot. The shooter intentionally killed the unborn baby rather than shooting the mother in the head to kill her. She caused lifelong pain to that woman.
The mother should be charged with endangering the life of an unborn child. No one knows if the child would have lived if not shot. Miscarriages, SIDS, premature birth, etc. She endangered the unborn child and the guilt of that is forever. Charge her with stupidity err a minor crime, mandatory counseling, give high school kids a lecture on fighting while pregnant. Let her tragedy teach others about consequences.
Pregnant women shouldn’t be in cars, walk in public, go shopping, stay at home, go to school or eat food.
Huh?? Cars have accidents, people are hit by cars walking, people can be shot in stores, electrical malfunctions in houses cause explosions, school students are shot and food can have salmonella.
You can’t protect pregnant women from the world. Common sense and protectiveness count.
