Other countries have the media in their pocket to control them. Other countries don’t publicize their mass murders. Other countries have people disappear but no one reports it for fear they are next. Other countries squash the stories so people won’t be afraid.
Saying we PRODUCE the most serial killers sounds like we drug newborns to alter their minds to kill en masse. Only a fool thinks we encourage people to mass murder.
People look down on areas with serial killers. Publicity keeps out tourists and new business. Big corporations want to set up in New York. Serial killer is loose so they go to Canada instead so employees will be safe. They think all of New York is affected by the killer. More foreign corporations pull their ideas of New York and go elsewhere.
