90% of what you see is working with RTB and do not market a single site.
as soon as websites are blocked from chrome because of bad ads delivered through RTB it will also damage the "good networks". one reason why i have never used this crap.
so it is as simple as that: they can not survive - and this will change a lot.

This isn't first time chrome blocking pops, they being doing that for ages with only difference how they are more aggressive against it now. Some networks does not do know to do it by any other way beside that one. And also, top tube sites still run pops so as long they running it it should be fine.
