we expect the processing of your card to be completed in the shortest time possible, after which it will be sent to printing. Once it's printed, we'll send the card to your location in the shortest time possible.
We thank you for your patience and understanding.
If the temporary card would have been off since 2 weeks i would have understood this answer but now it's been since 3 months, without mentioning the fact that the supposed permanent card is on queue since 8 months. I expect more transparency from Paxum now
